I know the CIO who submitted this and over beers he voiced his frustration that the guy who wrote this RFP was from the business side and he didn’t agree with all the points of the RFP. He makes specific reference to the areas in red that he believes should be re-written.

Summary – The benefit to both of the these documents (see the light RFP from a previous post) is that you get a Small manageable sample RFP and one that is a bit more traditional. I know both of these CIOs and they are incredibly effective within their organizations; so I think that you will enjoy having these two resources in your quiver.
